As we all know, French-girl style, as it’s commonly referred to, has long been highly covetable and that’s likely to always be the case. I don’t know about you, but I have all things fall on the brain lately, beauty products included. While I gravitate toward a pretty natural beauty look—which you’ll see plenty of below—I must say that I’m very tempted to add a flick of liquid eyeliner or a bold lip color to my rotation after doing the research for this story. As you’ve probably noticed, French girls know how to wear a bold lip. It’s especially beneficial to have on hand when you want to look pulled together without really trying.
I usually shy away from anything but neutral eye shadow colors, but the number of cool French-girl selfies featuring bold, matte shadow I’ve seen lately is very persuasive.
